Return & Exchange Info

Of course we want you to be happy with everything you purchase, but in the event that you aren’t, we will take care of you!   Items still in new condition, with tags, may be exchanged within two weeks of purchase*. If there’s not an item you wish to exchange for, a store credit will be issued. No refunds will be given, only store credit.  

 Please notify me if you are sending an item back for exchange so I can keep an eye out for it. Once the item is received and deemed resellable you will receive a store credit minus the difference in actual shipping from the initial order (example: shipping is discounted to $3 for all purchases, which is less than it actually costs to ship the items. If it cost $6 for actual shipping, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the item, minus $3 (the difference between the shipping you paid and the actual shipping cost).

*Sale items, discounted items and items purchased using loyalty or birthday rewards are all final sale. No exchanges on those.  

 I do my best to give sizing recommendations and information in the product information for each item. If you have questions, I’m always happy to help you figure out what size would work best! I’ve gotten pretty good at doing it over the years.
